About US

About us

Buffy and Matt Payne are the heartbeat behind ChicknDude Stuff—a powerhouse duo who have turned decades of real-world battle scars into fuel for protecting, serving, and inspiring others.

Buffy is a nationally respected security and crisis leader with more than 30 years as a Chief Security Officer, known for building cultures of safety, resilience, and readiness in some of the most demanding environments on earth. She’s also the President of FEW-ATL (Fellowship of Extraordinary Women), where she leads a safe, sacred circle for women, helping them awaken to their God-given calling, activate their gifts, and accelerate their impact in faith, family, and business. In FEW-ATL, her heart is to see women feel seen, supported, and equipped to lead with courage and authenticity.
Matt is a 100% service-disabled veteran and former police officer whose 9/11 response and cancer journey give him a powerful voice for the unseen battles our heroes fight every day. Together, they co-founded Outer Circle Foundation to stand in the gap for veterans, first responders, and families facing PTSD, suicide risk, and the chaos of life after service—making sure no hero has to fight alone.
ChicknDude Stuff is where all of that experience, faith, and fire comes together. From their podcast and live conversations to speaking, mentoring, and community work, Buffy and Matt use their backgrounds in security, crisis management, and leadership to help people feel safer, think clearer, and live braver. They are passionate about God, fiercely loyal to family, and relentless about service—connecting business, nonprofit, and faith communities so that help, hope, and practical support actually reach the people who need it most. When you step into the ChicknDude world, you’re not just listening in; you’re locking arms with two people who have walked through the fire and are absolutely committed to pulling others out of it.
